Retrieve my login name or password
If you’ve forgotten your login name or password, you can follow the below steps to retrieve them.
To retrieve your password:
- Visit https://business.bell.ca/shop/small-business/security-automation.
- Click Log in.
- Select Small business Security and Automation Access or Small business Security and Automation Connect and click Log in.
- Click Forgot username or Password?
- Enter your login name and click Submit.
- You’ll receive an email with a link to reset your password.
- Click the Change password link.
- Answer the security question.
- Enter a new password and confirm it.
- Click UPDATE.
