Getting started with Bell Corporate Self Serve
Changing a billing address
- Log in to Bell Corporate Self Serve.
- From the main menu, select Billing.
- Under Payment preferences, select Manage bill preferences.
- Choose the account for which you would like to update preferences by clicking Select in the corresponding row (if necessary).
- In the Billing address row, select Change.
- Choose the account for which you would like to update preference by checking the box beside its number, then select Continue (if necessary).
- Enter the new postal code, then select Search.
- Fill out the corresponding fields with the new billing address information, then select Continue.
- Select Submit to save changes.
