How your business can benefit from Corporate Smart/Phone care
Corporate Smart/Phone Care from Bell provides additional coverage for a variety of corporate devices beyond the scope of the manufacturer’s limited warranty, including:
- Defects in parts and workmanship beyond the manufacturer’s standard warranty period
- Accidental damage (including liquid damage)
- Power surge
- Loss or theft
- Normal wear and tear
Most phones, smartphones, tablets, and Turbo Sticks are eligible for Corporate Smart/Phone Care. To view a list of eligible devices, visit bell.ca/SPCreplacement.
To enroll in Corporate Smart/Phone Care, contact your Bell representative or request a callback.
Devices must be enrolled in Corporate Smart/Phone Care within 30 days of activation.
To complete enrollment and for coverage to take effect the user must make or receive a phone call using the covered device. In the case of tablets and Turbo Sticks, the user must use a minimum of 1 KB of data.
Corporate Smart/Phone Care is a month-to-month plan that can be removed at any time without termination fees. Once coverage is removed from a device, it is not eligible to be re-enrolled into the program at a later date.
Authorized contacts can submit a replacement request by calling 1 866 213-2143 between 7 a.m. and 12 a.m. (EST) any day of the week (with the exception of major holidays).
Please have the information about the user’s name, device model and IMEI, and details of the device incident ready.
If you are not an authorized contact, contact your company’s administrator.
Replacement requests must be submitted within 30 calendar days of the incident date. Once the request is approved a replacement device will be shipped directly to the user. Replacement devices are typically delivered within 2 business days (up to 10 days in rural areas).
Each user is eligible for 2 device replacements under the Smart/Phone Care plan. After 2 replacements, the user’s device will no longer be protected and the account will no longer be charged for a Corporate Smart/Phone Care plan for the device.
When you receive your replacement device, a pre-paid return shipping label is included. If a new return shipping label is required, contact 1 866 213-2143 between 7 a.m. and 12 a.m. (EST) any day of the week (with the exception of major holidays).
Any activation locks, such as Apple Find My iPhone, must be disabled prior to returning the device.
Damaged devices must be returned within 5 business days of receiving the replacement device. Failure to return the damaged device may result in charges of up to $600 per device.
Replacement devices automatically become the device that is protected under the Corporate Smart/Phone Care plan.
Replacement devices are also warranted by Bell to be free of defects for 90 days from the day of receipt of the device.
If a replacement was provided for a lost device, the lost device is the property of Bell and must be returned to Bell if it is recovered. The recovered device cannot be activated on the Bell network or any other wireless network.
