Wavelength services schedule
Description of services
- Description of Services: Bell will provide the wavelength services
(“Services)" described in this Service Schedule. The service demarcation point for the Service
is at the Customer-facing port with the applicable wavelength protocol (as set out in 2(b) Part A (i)).
Part A - Basic Features: The Services provide the Customer with the following features in the
basic service:
- Wavelength Services: Offers Wide Area Network (WAN), Local Area Network (LAN) or Storage Area Network
(SAN) connectivity with the following features:
- Speeds from 1 Gbps to 100 Gbps;
- Managed Access (MCP) or Unmanaged Access (UCP);
- Unprotected or Protected Connection;
- Wavelength Protocols that are available with associated bandwidth: FICON100-1.062G; FC 100 - 1.062G; 1 GE - 1.0G; FICON EXP - 2.125G; ISC3 - 2.125G; OC-48 - 2.5G; FC 200-2.125G; FC400 - 4.25G; Infiniband - 5.0G; FC800 - 8.0G; FC1200 - 10G; 10GE LANPHY - 10G; 10GE WANPHY - 10G; OC-192 - 10.0G; 100 GE 100.0G; OTU1 - 2.5G; OTU2 - 10G; OTU4 - 100G; and OTU4 CH - 100G; and
- A and Z Site Power Option default option for Bell CPE demarcation device is Single Power AC or DC Power and Dual Power are Customer orderable options;
- Help Desk Support/Maintenance: A help desk (“Help Desk") will be provided to Customer for trouble management relating to the Service.

Options Available:
- Channelization - 40G and 100G only;
- SLO/SLA Options as set out in section 4 (a) below;
- Latency- as further detailed in section 5 (i) below; and
- Diversity:
- Option A: One demarcation point at the Customer premises and two diversely-routed fibre cables in the access between the Customer premises and the Central Office (“CO”),
- Option E: Two different entrances at the Customer Site provide the connectivity to the customer premises equipment (requires “A” option),
- Option CO: Two different CO’s are used to terminate two diverse Accesses, and
- Option COE: Two CO equipment devices within the same CO are used to provide the connectivity between two Accesses and two Core routes; and Protected Connection.
- Wavelength Services: Offers Wide Area Network (WAN), Local Area Network (LAN) or Storage Area Network
(SAN) connectivity with the following features:
- Not Included in the Services: The Services do not include any additional work outside the Services outlined herein. Any additional work shall be considered out of scope. If Customer wishes to enlist Bell’s involvement or support for any such additional work, Bell will provide an amendment to this Service Schedule or a change request form as required, describing the activities to be undertaken, the estimated effort and associated costs.
- Customer Requirements and Responsibilities: It shall be the Customer’s responsibility to ensure compliance with any Appendix attached to this Service Schedule, including, without limitation, Appendix 2 (Customer Requirements).

*The Diversity Options are set out below. For greater certainty, Bell’s obligation with respect to such Diversity
Options are limited to complying with the terms of this Service Schedule. Any additional requirements regarding
diversity that the Customer may have and that are not expressly stated herein are not included in the Service and
will be address through a change request where additional Fees may apply.
