How do I find applications (apps) on Business Fibe TV
To start using applications on Business Fibe TV, follow these simple steps:1. Press the Interactive TV or Apps button, depending on your remote control - The apps appear at the bottom of your TV screen.
2. Scroll sideways to find the app you want.
3. Press SELECT and follow the on-screen directions.
NOTE: Some applications require additional set up steps.
To navigate within the Apps tab, use the up/down/left/right/select buttons on your Business Fibe TV remote control.

How to program my Bell Business Fibe TV Slim Remote
Follow these instructions to program your Bell Business Fibe Slim remote to control your TV’s power, volume and mute commands:1. Turn on your TV and Business Fibe receiver.
2. Press and hold Options for 3 seconds, until the green light flashes twice.
3. Within 10 seconds, enter the 4-digit code for the brand of your TV (see table below), or use 0001 to search through all brands.

5. Hold down the POWER button until your TV turns off. This could take up to 5 minutes for a popular brand or up to 15 minutes to search through all brands. The green light will slowly blink as it cycles through all the TV manufacturer codes.
6. Once your TV switches off, let go of the power button and press SELECT. The green light will blink twice to confirm it has been successfully programmed.
Note:
If the green light blinks 5 times, it means the remote has searched through the list of available codes and hasn’t found a match. If this occurs, please start again at Step 2 and enter code 0001 to find an alternate code which could work with your TV. If a correct code is still not found, the remote will control your Business Fibe receiver only

How to move my Business Fibe TV Wireless Receiver to a new location in my establishment.
Before disconnecting and reconnecting your Business Fibe Wireless Receiver, be sure to turn off the power on the TV and any audio/video equipment connected to the Wireless Receiver.1. Unplug the Wireless Receiver power cord and disconnect the audio/video cables you’re using to connect the receiver to your television.
2. Move your receiver to its new location and make sure that it is a cool, dry, safe, and well ventilated area.
3. Reconnect the audio/video cables from the receiver to your TV and plug in the Wireless Receiver power cord.
4. Turn on the TV and tune to the input (HDMI1, HDMI2, Video1 etc.) that you plugged the Wireless Receiver into.
5. Check that signal strength indicator on the front of your receiver shows at least two green bars to complete the move of your Business Fibe Wireless Receiver.

How to program my Bell Business Fibe TV Nova remote
Your Nova remote comes with easily accessible instructions on its back showing you how to program your devices (TV, DVD, etc.).NOTE: You do not need to program the remote to operate your Bell Business Fibe TV receiver.
1. Press and hold SET UP until the LED light blinks twice.
2. Press the MODE button corresponding to the device you want to control (TV, DVD, AUX).
3. Press and hold the SELECT button.
4. When your device turns off, release the SELECT button.
Your Nova remote should now control the selected device.

How to program my Bell Business Fibe TV MXv3 remote
1. Turn your device on.2. Press and hold the appropriate mode button (TV, DVD or AUX). While keeping it pressed, press SELECT for 1 second.
3. Release both buttons. All of the mode buttons will flash and then the selected one will stay lit.
4. Enter the 4-digit code for your TV, DVD player or other device.
5. Press POWER once. The device should turn off. If the device stays on, repeat steps 2 to 5, trying each code listed for your device model.
Repeat the steps above to set up another device.
NOTE: If an invalid code is entered or no button is pressed for 30 seconds, the mode button light will flash for 3 seconds and turn off. You'll need to start over from step 1.
If you tried all the codes provided for your device, try the following steps to find another code.
1. Turn your device on.
2. Press and hold the appropriate mode button. While keeping it pressed, press SELECT for 1 second.
3. Release both buttons. All of the mode buttons will flash and then the selected one will stay lit.
4. Press POWER repeatedly until the selected device turns off. Once your device has turned off, press SELECT to save the code.
5. If successful, the mode button light will turn off and you'll be ready to set up another device.
Your remote should now be programmed to work with your device.

Why is my Wireless Receiver saying “Television signal has been lost”?
If your receiver displays this message, it is most likely that the Wireless Receiver Transmitter (VAP2500) has been disconnected or turned off.When this occurs, you may see a red dot instead of a green signal indicator on your Wireless Receiver and the "Television signal has been lost" message will appear on all channels you try to tune to.
To fix the problem, follow the steps below:
1. Locate the Wireless Receiver Transmitter (VAP2500)
o The unit is most likely located near your Business Fibe Modem, and connected via an Ethernet connection.
2. Verify that the Transmitter is plugged into the Business Fibe modem via Ethernet cable and plugged into an AC outlet. Also, verify that the power switch on the back is set to the ON position.
When the Transmitter is connected via Ethernet and powered on, the signal to your Wireless Receiver should be restored automatically within a few minutes

Why is my Wireless Receiver asking me to “Connect”?
If your Wireless Receiver is displaying the message, “Connect”, it may have lost its pairing to the Wireless Receiver Transmitter (VAP2500) and will need to be paired again.1. Locate the Wireless Receiver Transmitter (VAP2500)
o The unit is most likely located near your Business Fibe Modem, and connected via an Ethernet connection.
2. Verify that the transmitter is plugged into the Business Fibe modem via Ethernet cable and plugged into an AC outlet. Also, confirm that the power switch on the back is set to the ON position.
3. Wait a couple of minutes and verify that the Wi-Fi light on the Transmitter is on or flashing.
4. On the front of the transmitter, press the WPS button to initiate the pairing.
5. You will then have two minutes to go to the wireless receiver and press the OK button on the front.
The Wireless receiver should start-up and should resume normal operation within 5 minutes.
