Destinations outside Canada and the United States are considered to be overseas. Calls are subject to any service restrictions in effect at the destination. Some areas within the destination lists may not be accessible by phone. Rates for calls to a wireless device, such as a mobile phone, a pager, etc., may differ from the landline rate.
