How to arm the system
From the panel:
- Press the Home button (the physical button with the house icon).
- Press the Security button.
- Press the Arm button.
- Select either the stay or away mode:
- Select the stay mode if you’re staying inside the home. The motion sensors won’t be turned on.
- Select the away mode to turn on all sensors.
- Enter your 4-digit access code.
From the app:
- Open the Bell Smart Home app.
- Tap the menu button on the top left of the screen (3 horizontal lines).
- Tap the Security system button.
- Tap the Arm (Stay) or Arm (Away) button:
- Select the stay mode if you’re staying inside the home. The motion sensors won’t be turned on.
- Select the away mode to turn on all sensors.
- Tap Send to confirm.
From the web portal:
- Visit https://business.bell.ca/shop/small-business/security-automation.
- Click Log in.
- Select Small business Security and Automation Access or Small business Security and Automation Connect and click Log in.
- Enter your login name and password and click Log in.
- On the home page, click the Panel button (shield icon).
- Click on STAY or AWAY to arm the system:
- Select the stay mode if you’re staying inside. The motion sensors won’t be turned on.
- Select the away mode to turn on all sensors.
