Getting started with Bell Corporate Self Serve

Creating a new user

  1. Log in to Bell Corporate Self Serve.
  2. From the main menu, select Manage.
  3. Under Profiles & privileges, select Add users.
  4. Enter the full name and email address of the user you would like to add, then select Continue.
  5. Choose the group(s), billing account(s) and/or subscriber(s) this user will be able to view or manage. 
  6. Define the role you would like the new user to have by either choosing an option from the drop-down menu or selecting Create a new role.
  7. Select Save.
