Adding and removing external contacts
To add an external contact:
- From the navigation on the left side of the screen, click External Users.
- Click Add External User.
- Enter the contact’s name (max. 30 characters) and phone number.
- Click Save to save the contact.
- From the navigation on the left side of the screen, click External Users.
- Click the Delete icon to the right of the user you would like to delete.
- A confirmation will appear at the top of the screen. Click OK to continue.
